The group Joe Stone and Friends took its present shape in 2023 for a musical tour to raise money for the charity Child of Hope. Singer-songwriter Joe Stone (vocals/piano) will be joined by Jonathon Baddeley (guitars/vocals) and Tom Baddeley (percussion/vocals) for the tour, which begins in Spring, 2024. Joe Stone’s music weaves through bible narratives, instrumental, and praise and worship. The arrangements for this tour are diverse, drawing on café-acoustic, and South American rhythms. 

Child of Hope is a Christian-based charity making huge improvements for slum children and their families from its schools in Eastern Uganda by providing free education, healthcare and welfare to kids from the poorest and most vulnerable families. They also help mums start businesses which helps lift the whole family out of the worst excesses of poverty.
